From June 28 to 30, 2016, the 2016 international biomedical innovation summit will be held at the Hilton Yilin hotel in Hangzhou. The summit was initiated by the Management Committee of Hangzhou economic and technological development zone, hosted by Hangzhou Heda Hi-tech Development co., ltd., North American Chinese Association of Biomedical in North American (CABS), Biovalley and Biomedical Branch of Zhejiang Haigao Society. The summit focused on the frontier trend of the medical and health industry, including the new exploration, new pattern and new growth in the industry, focusing on drug research and transformation, exploring the constraints and bottlenecks of China's great-leap-forward development of biomedicine, and promoting cooperation among all parties.

Dr. Lu Xianping, the president and chief scientific officer of CHIPSCREEN BIOSCIENCES, was invited to attend the summit and make the report on " Yesterday and Tomorrow of Chinese Medicine" to explain the current situation and future prospect of China's innovative medicine development for the participants, which resonated with the guests.

There are other guests attending the summit including Li Qing, the director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission's Research Center for Medical and Health Development; Chen Zhinan and Liu Xinyuan, the academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering; Feng Xinhua, the dean of the Life Sciences Research Institute of Zhejiang University; Shi Guoping, the professor of Harvard University's Medical School; and distinguished guests from domestic and foreign medical and other scientific research institutions and well-known pharmaceutical enterprises. They discussed and shared industry cutting-edge information from the aspects of industry status, market prospect, industry integration and investment opportunities.
